A sneak peek of what’s to come in episode 2 of the highly anticipated season 3 of “Demon Slayer”, also known as “Swordsmith Village”, has been released

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Swordsmith Village Arc” is the third season of the popular anime series “Demon Slayer” that premiered on April 9, 2023. The second episode of the season, titled “Yoriichi Type Zero,” is set to air on April 16, and the preview image and synopsis for the upcoming episode have already been revealed.

The series is being animated by Ufotable, the same studio responsible for the previous seasons and the Mugen Train movie. The story continues from where it left off, following the adventures of Tanjiro Kamado, a demon slayer, as he sets out on a journey to a village of swordsmiths with his sister, Nezuko Kamado. The village is a deeply hidden base for demon slayers and is where Tanjiro reunites with his classmate Genya Shinazugawa and the Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji.

In episode 2, Tanjiro, who has angered Haganezuka, a swordsmith who made his sword, because of the broken blade, decides to head to the Swordsmith Village with Nezuko. While exploring the mountains, Tanjiro hears about the existence of a secret weapon from Mitsuri and sees the Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, arguing with a boy from the village about something.

The anime began with a 1-hour special episode, which introduced the viewers to the new arc. Fans outside of Japan can watch the series with subtitles on Crunchyroll. The Swordsmith Village Arc is based on volume 10 of the manga, and it follows the story of Tanjiro as he journeys to the village of swordsmiths and has to explain how his sword was so badly damaged to Haganezuka. While waiting for his sword to be repaired, enemies close in on him. The new season promises to deliver another action-packed adventure featuring the beloved characters of the franchise, and fans can’t wait to see what’s in store for them.
