Naruto brings his ninjutsu to the internet on the franchise’s first official website

After multiple decades, Naruto is finally getting his own official place on the internet with the launch of the official Japanese-team-run Naruto website. Although the website won’t be fully launched until October 3, a new manga visual is displayed on the front page alongside the launch of the official manga Twitter accounts in both Japanese and English, both of which have already started posting.

The official Naruto website will be available in six different languages, including Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish. However, it hasn’t been confirmed how much information each language will have in comparison to the Japanese one.

Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto manga ran in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump from September 21, 1999, to November 10, 2014, inspiring two anime series, both of which are streaming on Crunchyroll. The sequel series, BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS, follows the story of Naruto’s son and was launched in Weekly Shonen Jump on May 9, 2016, by illustrator Mikio Ikemoto and writer Ukyo Kodachi, with Kishimoto taking back writing duties in November 2020.

BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS has also inspired its own TV anime series, which streams weekly on Crunchyroll. The series is about the life of a shinobi that is beginning to change as Boruto Uzumaki, the son of the Seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki, enrolls in the Ninja Academy to learn the ways of the ninja. As a series of mysterious events unfolds, Boruto’s story is about to begin!

Overall, the launch of the official Naruto website is an exciting development for fans of the series, offering a new online platform to explore and engage with their favorite characters and storylines in multiple languages.
