As of Monday 24 August, fridges and freezers are able to be accepted at the recycling centre and on bulky waste collections.

The driver should have their UK photo card driver’s licence and a recent Council Tax / Utility bill showing their East Dunbartonshire address. A maximum of two people from the same household will be permitted on site, to assist with and to speed up the process of unloading. They will then ask you to drive to an area where you can deposit your items. Staff will ask what items you have and advise you to wait for an area to become free. The site is for East Dunbartonshire residents and you will be asked for proof of address and photographic identification when you visit.
