Kawaki and [SPOILER] in Boruto may resolve Naruto’s love triangle

The Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Chapter 68 titled “Scar,” written by Masashi Kishimoto, Mikio Ikemoto, Mari Morimoto, and Snir Aharon, has brought to light a new love triangle that could potentially undo the mistakes made in the Naruto era. In the original Naruto series, the love triangle between Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke was a major source of disappointment for fans. Sakura was not properly developed and her fan-girling over Sasuke felt forced, while Naruto’s love for her seemed to lack any real foundation.

In contrast, Naruto’s marriage to Hinata seemed to come out of nowhere, leaving fans frustrated that their romance was not fleshed out more. Additionally, the romance between Sasuke and Sakura lacked substance and did not show any real romantic spark between the two. However, the Boruto manga presents a new love triangle that could potentially make up for these past mistakes.

Kawaki, a new character in the Boruto series, could play a key role in this new love triangle. He is a powerful young man who was taken in by Naruto and the Hokage’s family after his traumatic experiences. The other player in this triangle is Sumire Kakei, a talented young woman who has shown interest in Kawaki.

This new love triangle has the potential to be different from the previous one. Kawaki and Sumire have already shown that they have a genuine connection, which is something that was lacking in the Naruto/Sakura/Sasuke triangle. If done right, this new love triangle could provide more substance and better character development, making up for the previous mistakes made in the Naruto series.
