Hiromu Arakawa’s latest manga, Yomi no Tsugai, will be released in English under the title “Daemons of the Shadow Realm” in spring 2023, according to Square-Enix

Hiromu Arakawa’s Fullmetal Alchemist franchise has gained a massive following worldwide, thanks to the successful anime adaptations of both the original Fullmetal Alchemist series and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Fans of the franchise will be excited to know that Arakawa’s latest manga, Daemons of The Shadow Realm, is set to be released in the United States sooner than expected.

Daemons of The Shadow Realm was first introduced in 2021, and new chapters have continued to be released under the pen of Arakawa. While there has been no confirmation yet about whether the manga will receive an anime adaptation, given Hiromu’s reputation, it is highly likely that it will eventually be adapted. Considering that Studio Bones, known for its work on popular anime series such as My Hero Academia and Mob Psycho 100, was responsible for producing the original Fullmetal Alchemist adaptations, it is possible that they may return to work on this new story from Arakawa.
