Haikyu!! season 4 has been released as a TV anime series

Haikyu!!, the popular volleyball sports manga by Haruichi Furudate, has been adapted into a TV anime series that has gained a loyal following of fans around the world. Fans were delighted to hear that a fourth season of the anime is in the works, although details such as the cast, staff, and release date have not yet been announced. The previous three seasons and the Haikyu!! theatrical films were directed by Susumu Mitsunaka and animated by Production I.G.

The story of Haikyu!! centers around Shoyo Hinata, a high school student who is passionate about volleyball. He creates a volleyball team in middle school and is inspired by a small-statured pro volleyball player. However, in their first tournament, his team faces off against the “King of the Court” Tobio Kageyama’s team and they are defeated. After this crushing defeat, Hinata vows to surpass Kageyama. When he enters high school, he joins the volleyball team only to find that Kageyama has also joined. The series explores their rivalry and friendship as they work towards their shared goal of becoming champions.

The original manga is serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine, and an English language version is available from Viz Media. Crunchyroll describes the series as a slice-of-life sports anime. The release of the new key visual and teaser trailer for the upcoming fourth season has generated excitement among fans, who eagerly await further news about the series.
