“My Hero Academia” actor shares character Kaminari’s best line

“My Hero Academia” has concluded its sixth season, and fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the English dub version, which is currently playing catch-up to the Japanese version. The anime recently aired the confrontation that brought Class 1-A face-to-face with the dark version of their fellow classmate Deku, and during this intense moment, Kaminari had a particularly memorable line for Izuku. The English voice actor behind Kaminari, Kyle Phillips, took to social media to praise the line, which is sure to go down in history as one of the funniest deliveries in the show’s history.

As season 6 came to an end, fans were treated to a glimpse of the number one hero of the U.S.A, Star and Stripe, who made her debut in the final minutes of the finale. Her appearance is strikingly similar to that of All Might in his prime. The anime adaptation is currently behind the manga, which is already in its final battle, leaving fans to wonder how many more seasons the television series will have.

During his brief tenure as a dark hero, Deku went without food and sleep in an attempt to hold Hero Society together. Although he was able to defeat some major threats, including Muscular and Lady Nagant, it was clear that the physical toll on Midoriya was taking a serious toll on him. However, amidst the tension of this intense storyline, Kaminari’s line “It’s bath time” provided a much-needed moment of humor. Kyle Phillips, the voice actor behind Kaminari, shared his favorite line, indicating that it is sure to get some mileage among fans of the show.
