Gintama soundtracks now on streaming platforms

Milan Records has made an exciting announcement for anime and music lovers alike – the release of seven soundtracks from the popular comedy action-adventure anime Gintama on music streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music. This marks the first time that the soundtracks, which feature music composed by AUDIO HIGHS, are available outside of Japan. Fans can now immerse themselves in the delightful tunes that accompany the series and its two film adaptations.

In addition to the five soundtracks from the original Gintama TV anime series, the soundtracks from the franchise’s first two film adaptations are also available to stream. This means that fans can enjoy the music from Gintama: The Movie and Gintama: The Movie 2, along with the original series soundtracks.

To celebrate the release, Filtr Japan has included the seven Gintama soundtrack albums in its official “ANIME ADDICTION: BATTLE MODE!” playlist, which is set to showcase the latest releases. Beginning on April 28, 2023, Gintama will be taking over the cover and lead tracks of the playlist for a full month, allowing fans to fully immerse themselves in the world of Gintama through its music.

For those unfamiliar with the anime, Gintama is a popular Shonen Jump anime series that follows the hilarious and wacky adventures of samurai Gintoki “Gin” Sakata in a world where aliens have taken over Japan, stolen all the jobs, and banned the use of swords. Whether you’re a long-time fan or new to the series, the release of the Gintama soundtracks on music streaming platforms is sure to please and provide an excellent opportunity to immerse oneself in the world of Gintama through its memorable music.
