Haikyu’s 10th anniversary marked by new manga

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Haikyu!!, the popular Shonen franchise that focuses on intense volleyball matches. To celebrate this milestone, the series has promised fans ten new projects. One of these projects is a special manga from creator Haruichi Furudate, set to be released later this month. This manga may give fans a glimpse into what other surprises the series has in store for its anniversary.

In addition to the special manga, other projects include a real-life volleyball match to acknowledge the ten-year anniversary, a short radio drama exploring the characters’ daily lives, a new key visual, and an art exhibit showcasing the history of the Shonen franchise. The fourth season of Haikyu is also set to receive an English dub in March of this year, although this does not appear to be one of the ten anniversary projects.

The official English account for Haikyu’s manga has shared an update on when fans can expect the special manga chapter to be released.
