Sega’s upcoming video game, “Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles,” is set to be released later this year on multiple platforms, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Steam. The game will feature both story and battle modes, with players being able to relive the events of the first season of the anime in story mode, and play as various characters in battle mode. The playable character roster includes popular characters from the series such as Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, Inosuke Hashibira, Giyu Tomioka, and others.

Additionally, Aniplex has announced the delay of the release of the “Demon Slayer: Blood-Stench Blade Royale” smartphone game, which was initially slated to debut in 2020. The game, which will be a free-to-play “asymmetrical survival action game,” will feature teams of demon slayers and demons battling it out in various settings from the story using different skills and characters. The release of the game has been delayed indefinitely in order to improve its quality, according to Aniplex.
